Supermarket of remaining housings

A salesperson was introducing housings to a customer through sand table
models at the "supermarket of remaining housings" on March 30. The
"supermarket" was open not long ago and showcases all unsold houses in
the whole city for citizens to choose from. According to statistics from
the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Beijing's area of vacant
commercial housings reached 13.742 million square meters by the end of
2005. Area of vacant residential housings amounted to 7.997 million
square meters, accounting for 58.2% of the total unoccupied houses.
